hurt my left foot is a bicycle incident yesterday. squirrels get a day off. tomorrow i will be there, even if i have to limp. anyone go to day.

yep, broke my big toe on my left foot. I am hoping to be back in the woods by saturday.

pedaling in crocs. i typically pedal towards the heal of my foot. turned into a left turn at around 22 mph. pedal slammed my left foot into the pavement. the pain is almost unbearable now, and i did it on tuesday. it has to relent soon

dang hope that heals soon. Cant say I have ever had that happen on a bike. Just rode 16 miles this evening. I wear flip flops most of the time. Yeah they are Crocs brand too :D
