......went to the woods yesterday but not to hunt deer. I figured with all the rain and with the hard frost Monday it might be time to go-a-lookin! Not a lot to speak of.....did a lot of walking for these two Dickson County gems and lucked into two new prime spots to hunt after helping some neighbors....overall I guess it did beat a hot stick in the eye!! I'm going back there Thursday after it dries out a little more.....Hope to post the "Mother Load" after that...lol....wish me luck! Hope these photos get you to thinking about your own honey holes....enjoy!

decent hardin, or maybe dickson, hard to tell, was one side beveled? That little bifurcate base pinetree would have been nice.

Chris, yes it was beveled on the one side....I have found several of the pinetrees from this spot.
