FH, it looks like American burnweed. It's a native "weed" but doesn't provide much if any benefit. It's also sometimes referred to as "fireweed", but the actual plant known as fireweed is completely different.

I agree with Quailman--fireweed. Generally one of the first weeds to reestablish broken ground. Little to no habitat value.
