I'm ready

Got the kayak in the back of the truck and all my gear together and ready for an all day float on the Elk in the morning. Hopefully catch enough redeye and smallmouth for supper tomorrow night. I'm hoping to get atleast two more trips in this week while I'm on vacation.

What do you usually use on the elk? I floated it a few weeks ago with the dam open and threw a rooster tail a few times but had trouble with the current moving me down river.

I throw a bitsy bug jig with a crawl trailer. I used the same lure all day,12 hours worth, and caught smallmouth and redeye all day long.
