Im back....

and, the fishing on The big was was not good. Got down there monday and had decent weather, but the water temp was still too cold..we only managed one fish on monday. Tuesday it only got worse the rain moved in and the fish just wouldnt bite. Wednesday got a little better, we put 8 in the boat, none were picture worthy. Out of all the 8 guys we went with they had never seen it this bad. This morning a storm rolled through, and we headed on home early, however 2 boats we were with stayed. And go figure the fish started to hit.. :/ oh well, it goes that way sometimes. Here are a few pics...only taken on monday..the weather was too bad for more on tue and wed.

Me and a couple buddy's are loading up and going to goose pond the third weekend of next month. We're staying at the goose pond camp site for the weekend. They should be jumping in the boat by then!

Is that the bridge just North of North Sauty Creek? If so, we caught alot of fish off the long grassy point that comes out by that bridge back in late September. We had 17 lbs each day and won our club tourney that weekend. It was my first time to fish Guntersville and I loved it even though we didn't catch but 2 over 5 lbs for the weekend. Lots of 2-4 lb fish.
