I read via a link on another thread that illegal dumping has a high price tag for the TWRA. Has the agency ever considered a volunteer work day to clean areas up? Maybe a certain number of work hours could be applied towards the cost of a license. This would help the agency save money and also help relieve the burden of license cost to people who may not be able to easily afford it. I for one would be glad to spend a day or weekend hauling out trash, hanging signs etc. on a WMA on my own dime. On a slightly different note: I used to pick up beer cans, etc. when riding in a WMA. Now I'm concerned that it will look like I've been drinking while operating a vehicle. Is there any risk associated with picking up this kind of trash in a WMA?
Thanks
