GTK and I hit my family's old home place for a couple of hours yesterday morning. Its been in the family since about 1830, so its an old place, but I am thinking none of this stuff dates back nearly that old. All was found from about 4 to 6 inches deep.
I'm a novice at this at best so chime in on what the stuff is and the age it might be.
Bic lighter for size reference....
A buckle off a bridle or something.
A link of chain.
Weird shaped piece of lead.
A round opject that looks like some kind of wheel hub/cover. It has no rust on it at all.
A long bar off a wagon or some farm equiment. It's about 3 feet long..
what do yall think?
