Here is a better look at the inside of the beam. looks like it split during early antler growth. Not the biggest on my property but definitely has the character to be on the hit list.

One of the coolest I've seen. Single main beam with double tines. He'd be on my list, but imagine what he would look like in a year or two.

Hopefully the taxidermist would be done with him in a year or 2 so he would look the same minus the velvet if that deer was on my place

I would love to give him a year or two but the areas around us are hunted heavy. They shoot anything that moves. I've been fortunate to keep a lot of good bucks on our place with plots and super mineral pits. This buck is at this spot every day between 1:40 and 2:10. For the last 13 days. This cool weather may change that up some but I should get a meat missile in him opening weekend. Knock on wood.

if only it was that easy. And you must have a different definition of meat missile than I do........I hope

lots of character, definitely use a gross score cause a net would just subtract that extra point. Cant score him till he's on the ground so best of luck and I hope you kill him

very nice deer. I would say 125" with an unlimited top end. football hunter found a similar buck on out ky lease a couple years back that had a similar rack, just much much bigger

Nice buck. I couldn't tell you his age so I wouldn't promise you he has high amounts of potential.

Shoot him if he is on your hit list regardless of what anyone says.

Thanks guys. Since I only bow hunt a meat missile is a gold tip velocity pro. I'm sure he's not at the peak of his growth. Last year I took a 142" 8 pt, a 128" paumated off this same property. I have a couple bucks that we believe will go 150+".

Redblood- if you pattern your bucks and keep up with plots and pits it's very interesting how well you can keep them on a schedule. Last season i had a paumated buck that had so much character he had to go down. he was killed on opening day. the next morning in the same stand i took a really nice 8 that was patterned the same and came into the area in the same time slot as the days before. here are a couple pics.

Sorry for the ugly guy in the second pic. The year before i was able to take a couple more that were patterned the same.

Neat looking buck. I've seen several with double main beams like that on one side but I don't recall seeing both of them producing points. Good luck with him.
