ID Some Stuff Part 2?

I have no idea what these 2 things are, anybody?

Here's just a couple points I think are nice, know anything about them? What is the 3'rd item in this pic, looks like a fish hook to me?

And here's the box of arrow heads I inherited, I'd say close to 100 points or so in here, and I know they're all real, not something somebody is making nowadays.

Looks to me like a fully grooved bar weight which would serve a very similar purpose to a bannerstone, a discoidal, a few drills and a box full of nice points.....one of which appears to be a Dalton. A few more pictures of the top artifact and a perspective of whether if it is drilled or flat will go a long way. Go ahead and lay those points out and post some photos of them while you ain't doin nothin!

A discoidal is essentially what StovePipe describes....a game piece.

You gonna put some photos up of those points???

I am gonna stick with the bar weight theory....I could see the flat side against the atlatl using the groove to lash it in place. My 2 cents...

The polished disc is most likely a discoidal......a game piece....a "chunky stone".
