My son Justin called me this afternoon and told me to check my messages. The picture wouldn't load at first but when it finally did,.... My chest swelled up with pride. I killed my first squirrel and my first rabbit with that old shotgun. Both of my boys killed their first squirrels with that shotgun. While this is not his first bird, he has always wanted to kill a turkey with that old .410. Well today he made it happen. I don't have any specifics yet but I can tell it's a good bird. Only thing that would make it any better would have been for me to have been there with him. Super proud of that young man.
