im looking to lease some ground in west tn shelby/fayette/tipton for hunting 2018/19 deer season. got a call from the land owner i had been leasing from for the last 20 years today. he sold the property this past friday no heads up to me. Angry is an understatement since i paid him for the lease 3 weeks ago up front for the entire year...he watched me put my food plots in after that. guys im scrambling for a place to hunt. let me know if you know anyone. thanks

Lousy deal! I've had it happen in the past as well. You might look into Ames Plantation. They may still have a couple of openings.
