Sound a great deal like an old uncle of mine when he cleared his throat. I scaredone while slipping in to a tree stand one morning before daylight. Just about soiled myself.

I'll start off by saying there are only two things on earth that scare me, lightening and birds. Terrified of birds.

Either last summer or the one before I went out one morning by myself. Got there before the sun came up and was in my spot. Fish weren't really biting. I was sitting in the front of the boat with the trolling motor and must have dozed off.

I wake up about an hour later and a bit hot and sweaty since the sun came out and I'm not in shade. Spun my chair around to make sure no one saw me knocked out floating around and one had perched up right behind me on the front deck.

It did its screech and scared me so bad and I got the cartoon feet. Got my feet mixed up with the cord from the foot controller to the trolling motor and fell all over that boat.
