Catching fish aint one.

Fished 3 hours yesterday and caught 40 bulls. The bluegill seem to be leaving the nests now, so back to bottom feeders soon. Probably will fish for bluegill the next 2 weeks, then vacation (and yes I will be fishing while on vacation) then hit the cats pretty hard until deer season.

willow cats is all that we have been catching the last few weeks. in the rocks with weeds in about 4 ft of water. all of them full of eggs. seems like theyve backed off now.

seems like since my wife had a stroke she really likes fishing. if the weather is good i think ill take her to saltillo next weekend. blue cats should be on the mussel beds by then and hopefully we can catch some good numbers.
