If some of you may remember, I posted asking information about a rifle my dad had and was thinking about selling. Well this past weekend I brought it to live at my house...... 1964 Winchester 94 in 32 Win Spcl. It is in pretty good shape, no rust, blue is in good shape, wood has character marks but all it would take is a refinishing to make is great.... but as for now it's all original.

I will keep it as it belonged to my dad & maybe pass it down if I ever have kids of my own. He traded a spare tire to a fellow with a flat back in the 80's for this rifle......

I shot it once when I was a kid about 16 years ago. It was a practice shot to see if I could hit with it before taking it deer hunting. It kicked like a mule to me then..... probably don't kick as much as those 3.5" turkey loads now though...LOL. Thinking about trying some of the Hornady LEVERevolution bullets in it and see how they do....

I guess I will hold on to her, it's my first lever gun and I'm proud to have it..... ;)

Guns are THE BEST "hand-me-down" gift you could EVER receive, imo

Good lookin gun. Looks like it has some good history with it

I'll bring it over and let you give it a go. I have several boxes of ammo that need to be shot up....
