attended the nwtf conference this weekend. lots of cool stuff. stayed downtown Saturday night then ate at husk for lunch. if your ever in Nashville do yourself a favor and eat here. the place is amazing. Sean Brock knows his stuff. appetizer of smoked trout deviled eggs for my wife, and 24 month old country ham for me followed by eggs benedict- using fried bologna , and country fried steak for the bride. set in old mansion, with carriage house next door for private parties. absolutely amazing.
