Does anyone have Peripheral neuropathy that hunts? It is so pain full,Does anyone have any tricks or anything that helps? Thanks

Only problem i have with PN is my feet seem to get colder.Doesnt make sense. You would think with nerve damage you would feel the cold less.Do have the occasional sharp pains in my toes.Like someone sticking needles in them.

I have radiculopathy/ neuropathy of the upper extremities. About the only thing that makes it better is time, mine will come and go. I have not found anything that helps relieve the pain, tingling, loss of sensation. I just deal with it, ignore it.

I have had it for almost seven years. The cervical epidural helps a little with my hands. Not a great deal.
Just wearing socks makes my feet feel like I am standing on a ridge of rocks. Even a sheet touching my toes is uncomfortable. I have found nothing that helps and have learned to just live with it. On the upside, contrary to what should happen, cold does not bother my feet as much as it did. You will learn to get use to it to some degree.
