So I hunt behind some apartments but there is a gas line in between the apartments and the gas line. There is no signs saying you can not drive on the gas line nor anything saying I'm not allowed on it. Well with this being said there is an easement that plainly says "Do Not Block Easment". That morning I had drove down the gas line a little ways bc I was running behind, when I came out someone in the apartment had parked to block it in so I couldn't get out. As I made way around the vehicle, the renter came out telling and screaming saying that it's government property next time he sees my truck he's cutting the tires and calling TWRA. Am I in the wrong here? Is this illegal?
