Hunting the rain! Is it worth it?

Considering going in the morning just don't know if it is gonna be worth the drive to the lease with this rain. What you guys think?

yes yes and yes. I don't pass up a day hunting in the rain. is it the funnest hunting no. but I do see so many big deer in the rain its not even funny. I will be there no doubt.

Well if you had to choose a location to hunt in the rain would it be hardwoods or field hunting?

I killed one Sat just after the rain stopped.

I've seen deer come out in the woods like the church congregation in "O Brother Where Art Thou" after the rain stops.

just depends where the deer are moving I hunt the wind still. and just put myself in the best spot I think possible I don't have a preference on fields or woods in the rain.

Rain increases deer activity in my opinion/experiences....my theory is it washes predator sent away so they feel comfortable moving

Saw a ton of deer this morning on way to work. Killing me to not be in the woods.
