How's the deer and turkey hunting in that area? We have an opportunity to lease some land about 2 miles north of there. We currently have a good deer lease in Whiteville, but no turkey on it. I'd hate to move and the deer hunting not be up to par with what we currently have.

My brother just gave up a lease that bordered Chickasaw cause it wasn't as good for deer as the lease he lost in whiteville.
His lease was 100% woods that resembled Chickasaw so it was hard hunting without any fields/crops/ edges or similar breakup structure.
