Downloaded the iSportsman Journal to my iPhone, I think 99 cents, before deer season. I would not have guessed if I hadn't kept track, but I've been on a total of 8 hunts over 7 days since season opened. The app marks your location with GPS and also fetches local weather conditions and automatically adds to your new entry. In the comments section I write what I've seen and when, and any other important details. It's also real easy to edit an entry, so I can mark the spot early on and finish writing the entry after the hunt. Just throwing out this idea to anyone wanting to take a log electronically instead of on paper. Can't believe I've already hunted 7 days :o

That seems pretty handy. I kept an incredibly detailed journal of 45 hunts last season - wind direction, temp, sightings, etc. I even did a six sigma project on some of the data:



This season started off so dismally, I didn't feel like writing about it. Now I wish I would've.

downloading it now...thanks Catman. I keep it on a desk calendar currently.

Been out 11 times. #12 is coming this afternoon. I've also scouted/ran cameras 8 times in that stretch.
