Hunting Land

I'm looking for an individual that in interested in purchasing a larger tract of land in or around Wilson County that would like to practice QDM. There are several large tracts (200 plus acres) available that could be divided. I'm not talking about going in as a percentage owner of a tract but dividing a larger tract and each individual will own their own parcel. In most situations a 200 acre tract can be bought cheaper per acre than a single 100 acre tract, not to mention it would be nice to be on the same page with your neighbor as far as hunting standards.
