Hunting in Georgia?

I have an opportunity to hunt in Thomaston this year which is in Upson County about an hour south of Atlanta. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge about that area? Type of terrain, habitat, wildlife(hogs,bears,deer)? Thanks!

Ive hunted all over Ga. but not that exact county. Usually pretty hot and usually a super late rut in most of that area. Spots I hunt in Georgia are end of Nov. rut. Rattlesnakes too. Good hunting, the closer to ATL the better.
