Hunting Hours

According to the hunting guide " legal hunting hours are one-half hour before legal sunrise to one-half hour after legal sunset"

My question is when can I be on a WMA. I'd obviously prefer to be in the tree at shooting light, but is that legal?

With the exception of a couple of WMAs that open the gates in the morning, there is not a set time. If you were in there at midnight with a centerfire weapon, I suspect there would be issues. If you are in there an hour or so before legal shooting time with an unloaded weapon, I doubt anything would be said.
