Hunting from Truck?

Can I pull my truck up into a private field of my own or that I have permission to hunt on and hunt from inside the truck?

I think, the answer is no. I know if you can it can't be running, so that will end your dreams of having a heater.

Well just wanted to introduce someone to it that is not the biggest outdoors person. I think being comfortable and actually seeing the deer would get them into it.

Fair argument. I've seen people build houses on trailers to make them mobile. What about turning your truck bed into a shooting house? lol

I was going to mention the same idea. I don't see what it wrong with putting a shooting bench in the bed of a truck and shooting from there. That's hardly the same as driving around until you see a deer then stopping to shoot. Especially if the shooter is alone and has to put his gun away to get back in the truck to drive/move to a different spot.

Of course it is assumed this would be done on private land.

Heck, sitting in a truck would be roughing it compared to some of these shooting "mansions" I'd say.
