Hunting Boots?

No, I've never tried them. I have had problems with cold feet for years, whenever I'm sitting still for a while. I've tried different boots over the years. I've got 2 pairs of Rockys, one 800 gram and one 1200 gram. The 1200's are not bad as far as warmth but, they weigh a ton and are super bulky. I guess you have to put up with things to keep a little warm. I've got a pair of battery socks that are ok too.

I've got my iceman pac-boots, by LaCrosse, on right now and my feet are just toasty warm--largely in part due to the 100% wool boot liner that is on the inside. I've spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on just about every boot/accessory over the years trying to keep these huge size 15 feet even close to bring warm and these are the only things that work. All I have on is a liner sock and a lightweight Merino wool sock.

What has worked best for me is to change your socks as soon as you get to the stand. Nice pair of dry wool socks. Also dont get them to tight in the boot. I have a pair of Muck woody max a size larger than I normally wear. I also throw a toe warmer in each boot when I change socks. Works good for me down to high 20's low 30's for at least 4-5 hrs. Have not tested beyond that.

I have some rocky 1200 gr boots and my feet freeze I don't thing they make boots that can keep my feet warm

Friday morning I bought a pair of 1000gm Field and Stream, they were excellent and on sale for $82. I had a pair of 2000gr boots I gave to a buddy when I moved figuring I'd never need anything that heavy in TN.

I wear Rocky 800 gr. When it gets cold, I put on a thin thinsulate liner sock, attatch a toastie toe on top, and bottom of them, then put on a pair of wool socks over them. Feet stay toastie warm.

i got a pair of herman survivors from wally world, 400 gram, just wear normal socks and my feet will sweat if i dont take my time walkin in, plus they are lighter than my tennis shoes, wore a pair of 1000 gram lacrosse's today and my feet froze
