Is this program going to be in effect for the CWD zone? If so, is TWRA going to test all of the deer donated? I plan on hunting a piece of public ground in the hot zone opening day. The cost as far as I can tell is around 80 dollars to have the test done.
The processing about 50 dollars, 130 Dollars at least out of pocket. That is too much for me. I would donate a deer if they are going to be tested. If they are not tested, I have a problem giving it to someone and them not knowing they could be eating contaminated meat. Of course that is assuming I am able to kill one.
