I've been asked about this before and rather than research it like I should, I'm going to be lazy and just ask it here. I took my hunter safety course when I was 10 and lost my hunter safety card three or four wallets ago. I have a lifetime licenses so I just buy my duck stamp every year and hunt without thinking about it. Am I supposed to have proof of hunter safety completion while hunting? Obviously, one could have a lifetime license without having completed hunter safety if they go it when they were young. I've been checked and never have been asked for it, but technically, am I supposed to have it?
Thanks
