Hunter orange

Do you have to wear hunter orange if hunting inside a enclosed elevated hunting blind ? Or do you just have to wear it when going to and from the blind ... this would be on private property

If the private property is yours, you are exempt from the hunter orange requirements.

If it isn't your property, you are required to wear it at all times while hunting, including going to and coming from the stand.
