Is it legal to hunt and fish at the same time? For instance, if I am fishing and hear a turkey, can I go to the shore and get in a quick hunt?

That would depend on the property owners giving you permission if private or if public & open to hunting. It is legal to hunt from the water if boat isn't under power.

It is illegal to shoot or stalk a turkey from a boat in some West Tn counties.
