Huevos Rancheros

With cold weather coming back I needed something with a kick to it. Now I've always loved huevos rancheros, but this recipe is excellent. And it's not mine. Look up a guy named Kent Rollins if you're interested. Everything I've made with his recipes has been fantastic.

Cowboy Kent is fun to watch. You can catch him in Branson but you have to buy your ticket early as he sells out every time
