Sold/Expired Howa Alpine 6.5 w/Leupold VX3 CDS 3.5-10x40

I bought this last December and it has sat in the safe since I bought it. I have not even shot it so I cannot claim anything on accuracy. The guy I got it from said it shot well and his wife had killed a couple of deer with it. It is a light rifle weighing right at 7.25 lbs unloaded. It has been shot very little from the looks of it and is in near perfect condition except for a very small chip on the grip. It was there when I originally purchased it.
