How to use White muzzleloder G series Whitetail?

A friend of mine gave me a White muzzloader G series whitetail 54 cal. I have no idea what powder, slug/sabot, or primer to use. Is this muzzleloader even worth messing with if so what equipment do I need and can I buy it at BassPro? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Most likely that gun is a .504 not a .54. If it is in good shape it will shoot conicals excellent. The twist should be 1 in 24 so it prefers longer heavy bullets. Good Luck, consider yourself lucky to be a White owner.
