I was given a goose breast. Could I hear some ideas on how to cook? Ive been told these must be soaked for a good period of time for them to be decent. Never attempted something such as this but I would like to try it.
If you cook it more than medium, it will taste like liver and be tough. Bacon, sour cream, and brown sugar glaze all helps in hiding that great taste that wild goose is known for.
