bad angles, show better pixs...4.5 on the right side pix that they dont have!!!!!! and show the one from last year of him!lol
 
How are these bad angles? Per the TN deer aging messiah BSK, "The two most important body characteristics which most consistently indicate age are: 1) the length of the legs in comparison to the vertical thickness of the body; and 2) the juncture of the neck with the front of the shoulders. Those two characteristics seem to be the best for judging TN bucks"

These two pictures appear to show both IMO.

looks like a 4.5 y/o this year.

but the pic of him last Jan looks like a 4.5 y/o deer as well... IF they are the same deer, he would be 5.5 this year, but I just don't see this year's deer being 5.5
 
I am fairly confident they are the same deer. These pictures are taken within 50 yards of each other. The bottom picture of the deer this year is the only one that he appears to be a 4.5 to me. I have many pictures of him that resemble the top two. I posted this thread to settle an argument with wobblegobble.... I guess I can agree this deer may be 4.5 but a very camera friendly 4.5. Still getting a pass from me though.
 
i said at least 4.5 and I still believe it....he maybe 5.5 this year but if i had to put $ on it id say 4.5....Still needs killing 0 growth in 2-3 years. trying to get deaddownwind to let me be is cull killer! lol but he is too SELFISH!LMBO J/K
 
Im leaning towards 2 different deer. Im comparing the formation of the g1s...either way great pics!
 


From 2012.

The 2014 and 2013 pics look a little different on the brows but I believe we are still looking at the same buck. The shape of his rack is very distinct. He actually had an extra point on his right side last year. I believe there is no argument at all on 2012 and 2014 being the same buck. Strange how he didn't hardly grow at all. Ive had some that show very little growth over years but this may be the worst case of not adding many more inches I have seen in a 3 year period.
