How many places.

The post about where to go got me thinking. How many different turkey spots do y'all have? I have maybe one to myself but have about 3 that I share with a few other hunters.

1 private spot.
Very small and the way it is laid out it is either a feast or famine type deal.
They fly down from the roost (if they are there at all) to the North, East or South and you can play the game.
They fly West or any other variation of West, you are done. Long walk back to the truck too. :(

I do hunt a couple spots on private property, but we've got hundreds of thousands of acres of public land within a reasonable driving distance to hunt.

I have been truly blessed with many good private properties to hunt...usually with the landowner and their kids. I've got 10 parcels all within 10 min of my house. Smallest is mine at 45 acres largest is 174 acres. Some I can only hunt with the kids and some I can go after I get them a bird. Biggest limitation is time to hunt.

I think I have about 8-9 private farms, but only really hunt 4 of those hard. The others are just places to find birds in the evenings or mid day if my main spots aren't working out

3-4 little privates places. 2-3 of those have so many people that has permission it's like public land. I don't have any public land close enough to really ever be feasible to hunt it.

About 4-5 private, and a load of Public!!

Around 2000 acres in 6 tracts private. But I find that I'm nearly always hunting the 140,000 acres of public I live near anymore
