illegal to discharge a firearm within 100 yds of a visible occupied dwelling, regardless of which direction you are shooting, i think. not sure about archery tackle at all...

Turns out that's on public land. Doesn't seem to apply to private.

Correct....and I looked it up. It does apply to all public land, not just WMAs.
