I hunted all day with just a short break at lunch and did'nt see the first deer and the weather was perfect I thought. The deer just completely dissappeared for some reason where I hunt. Hope everyone else had better luck!

I was skunked in Bradley county this morning. Seen a few squirrels, that was it. I don't know if the wind had them scared and bedded down. We will try it again hopefully tomorrow before the rain moves in. Good Luck to all tomorrow!

Morning went quite slow until 10:30. Only saw a spike, bunch of squirrels and a ton of birds until a big 5-pointer came out at the end of the field I was hunting at 10:30. Got Him!!! He's now in the fridge waiting to be finished processing.

My season is now done.

Three does at daylight, five more around 9am, then three this evening. All does. Saw a thumper last week and a small buck trolling, so Im gonna keep at it.

It was a PERFECT deer hunting day yesterday. However, I didn't see anything while on stand. Driving out, I saw a small deer standing within 5feet of the landowners house!!! When we drove by, little doe got scared and ran straight toward our truck...thought she was going to jump in the cab with us!!! She veered around and ran into the woods, in the direction we had been hunting! LOL!

I havent seen the first deer while deer huntin this year only been a hand full of times though going to try and get at it this week if I have to stomp thickets I will

that was me last year. i hunted hard from the opening day of bow all the way through christmas and saw a total of 5 deer. this year has been the complete opposite. i can only recall a handfull of hunts that i didn't see deer.

didn't do too good this year just got one doe and that's it. and i got lucky with that shot with the cross bow. just seen two on 2nd day od muzzle loader season and that's it.

Haven't seen nothing since but with all the poachers driving around here it's a wonder if i hunt next year.

Glad a few of you guy's are at least seeing something. And congratulations to the ones that have killed in East Tenn. Look's like I'm gonna be getting wet hunting today but I really want to get one more in freezer and times fading away to get it done!

Despite the pouring rain I had a great hunt this morning got another doe for the freezer! Strange story to go with it wished I'd had video of it.
About 9am I saw a doe run through the edge of the overgrown field I was hunting over and about 30yds behind there was a coyote chasing behind her no chance at a shot on either one and figured that was my morning.
A couple minutes later the doe came into field at about 100yds or so and I was able to put her down when she stopped for a second to look back.
The doe had'nt even hit the ground when a coyote came barreling in straight for her like he was going to attack her I got off a shot and he tumbled but ran off I never found him I must have just burned him I guess.
Strangest thing I've ever saw hunting anyone else had this happen?
I will try to put pic's up later.
