Made up a 10lb batch of hot links. Used the WALTONS HOT LINK unit seasoning. Test fry patty was spot on for spice after about the 3rd bite heat started coming on and flavor over the heat was excellent. picts of sausage loops and then linked. Smoking some tomorrow.

Weather wasn't cooperating for smoking and I had other projects to get done. So I vac sealed and into the freezer.
