I have seen some high prices around here but that is crazy. $16 an acre is as high as I have heard of and it was around 500 acres and someone leased it.

Wilders lease their land in Fayette Co at 45 an acre. Havent seen anybody hunting it in a few years now

That is a cool cabin (if no mice, rats, roaches or snakes). But BIG money for a little piece of property.

Cordell hull would have to be Jackson or smith county so there are tons of deer and the land could be in one of the areas that holds some big bucks but still way to high on the price.
