Does anyone know a source I can buy honeysuckle seeds? Amazon sells them but reviews are not promising. Would like to find a source that someone can vouch for.

I suppose you are wanting the honeysuckle for deer browse?
I had thought about getting some started this year for screening purposes around my food plot, i thought why not use something the deer could munch on that could serve two purposes.....
I was gonna try to get some wild honeysuckle transplanted... i have lots of it in other areas of my property.... never thought about seeds.... how long to get a good sized vine from seed?

Can't answer any of your questions. Its a pretty flower that attracts hummingbird and deer like to eat it. Easy to grow and spreads.
Just looking for seeds so we can try planting it.

Have you looked into spotted jewel weed? It likes rich sites like near a creek and the hummers cover it up especially right before migration.

Sounds like a great idea. Any suggestions for buying seeds?

If you have honeysuckle near by just build a fence or something birds can land on and they will deposit athe seeds for you.

The smell is wonderful....we grew it in Miami, it covered a chain link fence in like 3 days.

I would go sparingly with the seeds as it spreads pretty quick.

I would try to find some growing, cut off the vines and dig them up with a clump of roots. Going to be a lot faster than growing seeds IMO.
