Honda Rancher seat replacement or cover

My 2002 Rancher seat is really showing its age.

Doubt that I could afford a replacement seat... Any personal experience with covers? Anything you might suggest?

Koplin made one that I put on several 4 wheelers over the years that had bright colored seats.

go to Hobby Lobby and get some 2 in foam and some leather material and you can recover it yourself with a staple gun .The covers you buy dry rot after a couple of years.Do it yourself for around $30.00

I took my seat to a local upholstery shop and he completed the job in a few hours for $40. I like the look of his work. I also stopped by the Honda shop and picked up a choke cable for my 04 Rancher for $10. Took me a couple of hours to do the replacement, but not a hard job.

I ended up going this route. I received quotes, for $70 and up for foam replacement and a cover. I bought a brand new O.E. seat for the same money.

I bought a seat cover for my Yamaha on ebay and did it myself. About 25 bucks. LEft the old one on and just stapled this one over it.

Material to cover is about $ 10 from sewing store. Need staple gun and spray adhesive. Take about 20 minutes to do it yourself.

I have a foreman with a seat cover bought on e bay. My rancher is an 03 and has a new seat. Its a factory seat I bought new off e bay abought 2-3 years ago. It was a little over 100 dollars.
