Saw a recent bearded butchers video where they did pellet smoker jerky (link below) and thought it would be the perfect way to clear out the freezer before season. I substituted the Meat Church Holy Voodoo seasoning and it turned out fantastic. And yes, @TAFKAP , I do have an Egg and don't have a man bun, but the Traeger was perfect for precise low temps. This is definitely a redo with the smoke element and I don't see using the dehydrator again.
