Snow's blowing outside and there's a chill in the air. It's time for chili.

I'm cooking up Hollywood Chili with such ingredients as
- 2 lbs ground venison
- 3.5 lbs bone-in blade chops (pork)
- minced chipotle chilis in adobo sauce

Cooking while listening to Dwight Yoakam Radio on Pandora. I'll post pics of the finished product.

Ingredients
Bone-in Pork Blade Chops
Salt and Pepper
Butter
85% lean ground chuck (I substituted venison)
Green Bell Peppers
Onions
Garlic
Chili Powder
Cumin
Chipotle Chilis in Adobo Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Crushed Tomatoes
Water
Pinto Beans

This recipe is from CooksCountry.com, which is a subscriber site, so I won't post the full details. But, you can find more on Cooks Country, which I think is worth the cost.
