Central west coast of Florida, but hunt SE Tn.
Can someone be baiting and hunting hogs (assuming the hunter is named and the landowner has the proper exemption) and another hunter (who also may named on the landowners exemption) be hunting deer on the same area or property?

I don't think it is permissible but wanted to ask.

Yes, if the property is large enough it could be done. As long as no deer (or other) hunting is done within 250 yds of the bait site, it would be legal. The 250 yd zone around a bait site where the hunter can't be within the zone, or shoot into the zone, effectively shuts down approximately 41 acres of land. On small parcels it may not be possible to bait hogs and hunt other game at the same time.
