An RCBS Collet Bullet puller with 3 collets. No hammer action needed.
This puller comes with 3 RCBS collets in 22 cal, 6mm (.243), and 30 cal.
Used and in very good condition, come in a RCBS die box $40 TYD.

Extra collets are about $14 - $15 +/- from various sources, but these 3 are very popular sizes.
