Hiwassee Refuge Rabbit Hunt

Looking to go over next week for the Rabbit hunt and was wanting to see some advice as to where to take the dogs. General locations works great would like to kill a few to the dogs early this year. Thanks

Haven't heard about the hunt, shouldn't be a problem actually several coveys of quail so rabbits will be in same areas. For some reason no quail hunting unfortunately.

Sitting here thinking, if you go to the gazebo parking lot, walk down and through the gate, cross the culvert and turn out on the right side. I used to dove hunt it and would take a gsp to retrieve. We'd work that right side first to get a point or two. Edges of corn and blackberry/thicket. Pushed a lot of rabbits

Put em in the thick stuff. They will find them if theres rabbits around.
