I had this buck on one of our farms all last year. We knew he made it through the season because of some late January pics. It was about that time when I noticed he was blind in his left eye. In appropriate fashion we dubbed him "Lefty"! Well he showed up on 7-10-15 at night and hit the mineral lick before heading out to the beans...this is my number one hit list buck as of now...

I'm chomping at the bit to get a Crack at him...I have a few more pics of him I'll upload later along with some from last year and his matching sheds we found during turkey season

Same farm...he stayed there from summer through fall and into winter...it's about 500 acres and it seems for the most part he hangs there as his home range.

correlate is direction of travel and time on cam and you can back track him back to his bed and maybe set up a cam to start getting daylight pics and maybe a crack at him with the bow during daylight

You know that this guy will vanish in September. he will come over to my farm and I will put him on MY hit list. That's how my luck goes anyway, they vanish and make a miraculous daylight return right past my stand in early November.

Well ain't you just the luckiest guy in mid tn...funny thing is out of the 6 mature shooters we had on this farm last year in their summer pattern, only 2 stayed around throughout the year...it sucks but that's the harsh reality of taking inventory in summer...the tracts of land that we hunt simply aren't big enough to hold deer on them exclusively
