Have been ducking for years with a buddy of mine. Offered to take him deer and turkey hunting but duck is just his passion.

He has been through quite a bit in the past 2 years with his wife battling cancer. After losing her 7 months ago he took me up on the offer today.

25 yard shot with the 835 (The Devil) I bought from a member here a couple years ago. Had 5 beards, 1 inch spurs, 19.88Lbs, heck of a 1st bird.

Excitement all around for sure and thanks to the Pinhoti project we hung the bird up and set back down for a cheap cigar and great conversation.

Ended up having a hen come in within 5 yards while we were just sitting there enjoying the swisher sweets. Told him that was Stephanie coming to say Hi!
