You got that right. I've got an A bolt in 284 Winchester that shoots 5 into a .440 inch hole. Subtract the .284 and the spread is a whopping .156 inch. Barnes TSX 150 grains are the ticket!
This one started out as a 7/08. I had it rechambered, trigger job and put it in a McMillan stock. It's definitely my go-to rifle. Out of the box, I was getting 3/4 inch groups with the 7-08. Yup, I'm a Browning fan.
