Heres an idea for you cheapscapes!

Just thought i would share an idea that Mid, gave me when i started setting my foxpro up like his.

Most every body has a smartphone now, and you can download several apps that have very good distress sounds on them.

Go to radio shack and pick up a mini audio amplifier, model number 277-1008C, and a headphone cord that has the jack on both end. You will also need a 9 volt battery to power the amplifier.

Download an app, plug one end of the cord into the amplifier, and the other into the headphone jack of your phone. Turn the amplifier on and play your distress sound app.

This is EXTREMELY loud and will be plenty in most calling situation.

Me and my buddy started out with a stereo with a cassette tape and a teddy bear as a decoy.. Tell you what jack, we killed many a yotes and 1 bobcat using it.

This is what i have done but i also hooked up a horn speaker and 100ft of speaker cord. As for sound quality, not really sure. If anyone is in the Mt.Juliet area and would like to hear it let me know. I had posted on here before and i am as tone deaf as can be so i cant tell if it sounds good or not. but this thing will get very loud.
